What is your cancellation policy?
We value your business and understand life happens! If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or changed less than 24 hours before scheduled will be charged 50% of the expected service amount. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the expected service amount. You will be charged via your credit card on file.
What is your late policy?
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 mins before your scheduled appointment to have you check in and get settled. If you are new with us please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out your intake form. We know running late happens, and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Whether that is shorting your service, or rescheduling your appointment for another time. If you are running behind, please call or text ahead to determine if you can still be seen.
